Delaware Crossing is a subdivision located in Lake County, Illinois, south of Washington Street between Hunt Club Road and Route 45. Delaware Crossing is located next to the Warren Township Center on the west side of the park.

The Delaware Crossing Homeowners Association (DCHOA) is made up of 92 homes. We are governed by the By-Laws that each homeowner agreed to when the home was purchased. Our By-Laws state the policies and restrictions for our homes and how the association will be operated.
